If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• Due to the limited-edition nature of our collections, returns are subject to quality inspection.

• Final sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact us at support@belondon.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the appropriate return address or label.

3. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

BELONDON reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
